In order to redress grievances of the students and other stakeholders, a system is introduced is the university by way of placing a “Green Box” at the entrance of the lobby. Grievances can be addressed to the authorities also through e-mail. The whole system of the redressal of grievance is directly handled by the Vice-Chancellor.
