Notification Prospectus Online Application Guidelines to Fill Up the Application Programs Offered Fees

The following instructions are to be read carefully and adhered strictly:

1. The candidates should submit separate registration for the programmes they are interested to get admission.

2. Online Registration fee of Rs.400/- for each application and should be paid through Net Banking/Debit/Credit cards.

3. Registration for SC/ST candidates is Rs.200/- for each application (Photo copy of the Community certificate be enclosed)

4. The Online application form shall be completed in all aspects.

5. The registration may be made online at https://fms.b-u.ac.in/admission and the guidelines for registration is available at www.b-u.ac.in

6. (i) All SC/ST students are eligible for scholarship irrespective of annual income including parents who are Government employees. (ii) Upon receiving the scholarship from the Government,SC/ST students should remit the prescribed tuition fees within 7 days to the University from the scholarship received. (iii) In case, if the SC/ST students are not applying for the SC/ST scholarship, they are required to pay tuition fees to the University compulsory from their own money.

 The selection will be made based on the entrance examination / marks obtained by the students upto V semester (if it is a semester pattern)/II year of study their (if it is non- semester) in the UG degree programme. In the UG degree programme in all subjects other than part I / II Languages and subjects like General Knowledge and NSS, irrespective of the candidate appearing for 2026 examinations or already qualified for the award of degree shall be considered for preparing the merit list.

RESERVATION NORMS AND FEE CONCESSION

• Admission will be made strictly on the basis of the reservation policy of Government of Tamil Nadu.

• Students falling under category of Adi Dravidar, Tribal Community and Adi Dravidar converted to Christianity are exempted from paying the Tuition Fee under TNER - 92, Government of Tamil Nadu.

• 5% of the seats are reserved for Differently abled students in all the programmes and exempted from paying the Tuition fee and special fee for all categories of students (on production of disability certificate) and visually challenged students will be given full fee waiver.

Last date for submission of filled in application is extended upto 07.05.2026 at 5.00 PM.
