Skill Development and Talent Management,Human Resource Development
  • Skill assessment and skill gap analysis have been done for some select sectors like textiles and automobiles.
  • Talent pillars are analyzed and talent crunch and the strategies to overcome have been discussed.
  • In human Resource Development leadership training, succession planning and filling succession gaps, performance counseling and behavioral training in various industrial sectors have been analyzed.
Performance Management System in various Industries

Performance parameters for industries are identified; performance measurement and comparing against the standards have been done to know the performance gap. Accordingly performance enhancement with strategic approach has been developed. Employee’s performance intentions and aspirations were also gauged for IT & ITES industries, in marketing perspectives dealers performance have been measured for dealers and organizations sales decisions / advantages.

Corporate Social Responsibility, Institutional Building

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, organizations policy aspects, CSR prevalence in MSME or SMEs, internal CSR and their impact on employee performance, community services and networking employees role and employees role in executing CSR proposals were the theme taken for research and publications.

CSR gaining momentum after the strategy mandate pronounced by the financial regulatory body of India. The integration of CSR spending is missing throughout and across the sections which are found to be real time challenges to be sorted out. Further researches are being planned addressing to the specified gaps.

Leadership

Academic leadership has some special traits and that are to be horned in a systematic manner. There are some specific wings in academic body which takes care of identifying and developing such qualities. The inadequacies are evident and strategies are drawn. Such strategic approaches become part of the research studies conducted. Further, women academic leadership is also a vital area which needs some appropriate solutions which were taken for research.
