Natural Fibres

Exploring possibilities of utilizing various unused plant based natural textile fibres such as Sansevieria, Sisal, Water Hyacinth, Banana, Areca husk, Lotus and other minor fibres for different end uses.

Natural Dyes

Natural dyes extracted from various plant parts are applied on fabrics and their qualities are analyzed for ensuring fastness. Various dye combinations and mordants are experimented to obtain different tints and shades of various colours and baby wear dresses are produced

Medical Textiles

Designing Ayurvastra and naturally Finished Medical Textiles for various end uses. The extracts from plant parts such as roots, leaves, flowers and seeds exhibits antibacterial properties are used in the form of microcapsules and applied on textile fabrics for its enhanced quality.
