Travel Assistance & Accommodation

Financial assistance (II class train to-and-fro fare) will be provided for limited number of students and research scholars, who are not availing any fellowship and who would be presenting papers at the conference. Separate request for financial assistance should be sent to the Convener along with the abstract.

Conference secretariat will help delegates from outside Coimbatore for booking the hotel / guest house / hostel accommodation on request. Limited number of students and research scholars will be  accommodated in hostels at concessional rate. Persons who need hostel accommodation must communicate to convener well in advance.

Participants those who requested organizers are eligible to get the accommodation in Bharathiar University Campus.

Room type: Double / triple occupancy and non-AC.
Rent: Rs. 350 / person/day. 
Since limited rooms are available, accommodation will be provided on a first-come first-served basis.
