Awards

• Participants note that there will be awards and certificates for best Oral and Poster Presentations.
   
• 20 Oral presentation awards and 20 Poster Presentation awards will be given.
   
• The Instructions for the preparation of the Oral Presentation and Poster Presentation are given below.

Oral Presentation

• The student should present their work for about 8 Minutes duration.
   
• Followed by the presentation, 2 Minutes will be given for discussion.
   
• The first slide should contain, Name, Institution Name, and Title.
   
• The student should bring their presentation on a USB pen drive. 
   
• They should submit the same to the respective organizing team members well before the schedule.

Poster Presentation

• For poster presentation, the student should bring the printed posters with the following specification.
   
• The poster size is A0 Size
   
• The Width is 84 cm
   
• The Height is 118.9 cm
   
• Only Portrait Layout can be affixed on the Poster Board
