Department of Educational Technology - Major Facilities

Students are allowed free internet access in the department with provision for multimedia accessories. The computer lab has 10 computers with dual Intel i5 systems in an air conditioned room.
To transform the creative ideas into actions, students are trained in Adobe Flash, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Dreamweaver. Students practice to prepare story boards and interactive e-learning package.
The skill to use Adobe Dreamweaver for developing websites and Web-based e-learning materials are trained in the lab. The knowledge of developing dynamic websites by using Java script is also imparted in the practical classes.

The Department is provided with a video production studio. The Studio is equipped with two HD semi-professional and two SD semi-professional, video cameras, with required mounting equipments.
The department has an editing suite installed with Adobe Audition and Adobe Premiere Pro, the audio and video editing software respectively. All the aspects of non-linear audio and video editing are taught with Audition and Premiere Pro. 
 

There is an LCD projected installed Seminar Hall with 50 persons seating.
