M.Sc. E-Learning Technology

Eligibility: A pass in any U.G. Degree from a recognized University.

Duration: 2 Years

Strength: 20

 

M.Phil. in Educational Technology

Duration : 1 Year (Full Time) / 2 Years (Part Time)

Eligibility:

Candidates possessing a Master’s Degree with 55% of marks (50% for SC/ST) in the concerned or related discipline of Bharathiar University or any other qualification thereto.

Programme Objectives:

  • To enhance students understanding of important concepts, theories, models and current trends in education and technology.
  • To develop creative and critical thinking about education, media and communication concepts.
  • To foster in students, the awareness of educational research and develop skills to design educational programmes.
Ph.D. Educational Technology

Duration : 3 Years (Full Time) / 4 Years (Part Time)

Eligibility:

Candidates possessing a Master’s Degree with 55% of marks (50% for SC/ST) in the concerned or related discipline of Bharathiar University.

Programme Objectives:

  • Students will develop their skills in planning, completion and presentation of original research.
  • Students are required to undertake research projects for professional presentation in seminars, conferences and publications.
  • Students are expected to be familiar with the current literature in the chosen area of research and interest with emphasis on recently published developments in research methods and results worldwide.
  • Doctoral courses claim active roles for students in intellectual exchange with both faculty and fellow students which claim international accreditation.
  • Doctoral course work highlights integrating student research into the general framework of the academic discipline.
